Carnival is one of the biggest attraction of Brazil were thousand of tourist comes to view this 5 days event. Histroy shows that the Portuguese have started this celebration of carnival and is an annual festival in Brazil generally held around 40 days before the Easter.
The word Carnival comes from abstained from Meat and poultry items. In Brazil the Streets are full with the floats and starts from Friday to the day before the Ash Wednesday. The public gather to watch the float.
Samba Music is generally heard everywhere and the float participants are seen dancing to the Samba Music. The Carnival is celebrated in most of the major cities of Brazil namely Rio de Janeiro and San Paulo.
