Pune is one of the BPO hubs of India. Major call center are located there. Indian Call Centers do pay a very decent salaries and hence to younger generation are joining the BPO's.
The Salary is ranging from Rs 20,000 to 40,000 for a starter in the BPO and just when you are out of college without any experience this is an excellent salary.
Most of the Indians do dream of visiting Europe and going there is an excellent opportunity, which can be a dream come true
