India has one of the best choice of holiday destination. You can name it. If you want to go to a Beach Resort there is a huge costal area surrounding India. If you like the snow then go to Kullu Manali, Simla, Kashmir. If you like the Hill Stations there are plenty of then like Mahabaleshwar, Ooty, Coorg. If you like the Historical Places there are Churches, Temples, Forts and many more.
The Indian government had started some years back the "Incredible India" Holidays slogan and it was very successful year for the tourist.
Many Indian go on holiday at least One a Year and this is is more common generally among the higher income people.
