Born on 24th March 1974 in Washington DC, Alyson at a very young age stared in TV Commercials. On TV she has stared in Picket Fences, Roseanne, Touched by an Angel and Torkelsons before "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". Currently she is doing "How I Met Your Mother".
Married to Alexis Denisof and has one child. As a child she was very active and played the clarinet and football until one day she was injured.
She like to have a tattoo and has one of tribal dolphins on her ankle, a Japanese kanji (for luck and happiness) on her back , and a cartoon turtle on her left foot you can say see is a tattoo fan.
She is the Godmother of Joss Whedon's son, Arden, and her husband, Alexis Denisof, is his Godfather. Wish both this couple don’t split was most of the celebrities in the recent years do.
